TransPort now offers a complete Document Imaging System. You simply scan documents that are related to orders (such as Bills of Lading or Proofs of Delivery), and those documents are saved electronically with the order. So in the future when you need to see that document, rather than go to the filing cabinets you simply go to that order in TransPort and hit the view button. From there you can fax, print or email the document without ever leaving your desk! This feature can be customized to suit your needs.
Document Imaging can also be integrated with TransPort's Online Order Tracking System*, which allows customers to log into your web site and search for their own Proofs of Delivery, Bills of Lading, etc.
